Thank you Ave Maria Garden, all the beautiful volunteers!!! We enjoyed stress-free morning by joining the flower... workshop. Our carers were supported by the volunteers’ sharing. The carers in our community joined together through the flower workshop. We could relax and able to focus on the flower art making. Forgetting the daily burden as a carer. Volunteers of AMG were nice, patient and friendly. They designed the class, prepared the materials, and also were the coaches. It was amazing that they were just volunteers. Thank you for all the love and contributions to our community.read more

We went for a charity flower making session and had a lovely time. Jane explained how to arrange silk flowers in a pot... and how to use different Color combinations. We hope the flowers will give the person who receives a smile on the face. I enjoyed it with my daughter very much and hope to support this organisation more.read more

I’ve been doing volunteer at Ave Maria Garden since Apr 2018 whenever I learned from Jane there was a chance and I was... available. Ever since in a downturn in my life before then, I have always wanted to do volunteer work to help people who might feel as helpless or hopeless as I was.
Many thanks to Jane for the wonderful chance for me to participate in the meaningful events. I always had a great time learning how to deal with flowers as well as helping and chatting with the event participants or other volunteers.
“Giving is receiving” is so true. I always felt very contented and blessed after the volunteer work was completed.
I’m very touched by Jane’s enthusiasm and hard working in holding this very meaningful NGO. I’m only available on weekends, but I know there are even more events held during weekdays to help seniors, kids, schools, hospitals, etc.
Keep going!!! And please keep letting me know whenever I’m able to help in any way!read more

一向喜歡花🌸，尢其是收到💐更開心，但原來插花也有滿足感！十月份參加了聖母花園舉辦的花中靈修活動，插了盆細細又別緻的花，原來製作很簡單！上星期再參加寳島蘭花賀新春活動，用了很少時間又製作了一盆，不用去年宵買了... 🤩期待下一次的活動！它們亦用花去做各種慈善工作，十分有意義，希望將來有多些朋友參加各花藝活動😃😁read more

認識Ave Maria Garden始於數年前學插花，之後便時常都從facebook, WhatsApp 中看到他們義工團隊經常探訪不同堂區、學校、醫院、安老院，教他們製作聖母花園、或其他飾品、唱聖詩，竭力把天上慈母的愛帶到不同年紀、不同... 階層的人心中。

當我每次看見到聖母花園的活動報告，內心都充滿着無比的激動、欣慰、感恩。為什麼會激動，因為每次都見到真真正正的聖母花園義工團隊，無私辛勞地把每一次的聖母花園活動，攪得有聲有色，而每一次的活動都充滿着超越的突破。原來在當下的社會，有着一群天... 主的僕人，不停地協助天主散播善美的果實。其次是欣慰，在這次明爱利孝和夫人安老院活動，聖母花園的愛心義工們，不但戴歌戴舞，最難能可貴的是，義工的小孩也用单簧管演奏，透過祝福與關懷送上名曲給一眾老人家。在這次探訪活動，除了宣揚主的信、望、愛，也突顯出参與活動是完全沒有年齡的限制。雖然是短暫的相聚，最大的收獲莫於看見各位公公婆婆面上的笑容，而他們的喜悦就是聖母花園的一群義工所希望得到的成果。聽說那位表演的小朋友不是天主教徒，小朋友的心，天主是會記住的，更希望他日，小朋友成為天主的小僕人，咁就最想見到的天主禮物。好感恩聖母花園的成立，不但能宣揚主的慈愛，而且也能聚集着一股無形的力量，把天主的平安傳遍整個社會的每一個角落，天主一定十分高興有你們的一班無私善良的義工，把光照耀大地。聖母花園繼續努力加油，我地一定支持你們！read more

4月15日主日晚上，我有幸到了粉嶺寶血兒童村，探訪一班女童，他們來自五湖四海，因各種原因不宜在家中居住，我們帶備了很多鮮艷奪目的絲花，聖母像及聖相等，教他們製作聖母花園的盆栽，這是天主送給他們的禮品。好讓他們能天天對著聖母祈禱，守護他們弱... 小的心。帶領活動環節中有問識答，反應快的答中有奬，令他們安靜聆聽講者Jane的聲音。張修女全程在旁循循善誘，指導他們要有紀律，用心耹聽有關天主的問答題。

I would like to thank Jane and Jenny for organizing such a meaningful event. We learn how to arrange flowers with Ave... Maria in our hearts. This is such a blessed feeling to do prayers in flowers where we worked together cheerfully towards God's gift of nature. May God also provides peace and comfort to Father Leung, my friend Wu, my colleague Kong and people around the world. May God provides my son with wisdom and strength for his education and me and my wife the peace and strength to carry out God’s works and wills.
